Get up and get out



Still no sign of the money from the government, it's an "unknown turn-around time". Hmm.
Today, one of my morning classes was cancelled, which meant I had ample time to workout on my own. I went home, threw together a quick WOD and knocked it out. Here's what I did:
 - 2mile run
   then 15, 12, 9 of:
 - squats/burpees/situps

I didn't do it for time, but it took roughly 21:30. Today was about just getting back into it.

Below is a picture of what I had for lunch after my WOD. There's no real dietary motives with this meal other than portion control. The meal was - wheat-pasta salad, whole grain rice, and one boneless/skinless grilled chicken breast (its red because I put hot sauce on it). Typically, I would have had a half plate of rice, and another chicken breast with this meal but I was a little pressed for time, and decided to hold back. I'm sure this is too many carbs (rice, pasta), but this meal was good.
