This started as an outlet for me as I navigated my way through CrossFit (at an affiliate) back in 2010. Now it's thoughts about strength, conditioning, life and helping veterans. Not even close to fit alludes to the realization I had years ago, and now speaks to how it's not a threshold which is eventually crossed, but more of a lifelong pursuit.

Finals
I haven't forgotten about this place. I'm midway thru finals for the semester. After this week, I'll continue the regular updates. Big summer ahead!
