I took this weekend off from working out. I am being conscious of my food intake, but not being restrictive. If I have options, I am tending to take the healthier one. My brother does CrossFit down in South Carolina and this past week we influenced our cousin to give it a try. On thursday the second of December he did a basline WOD:

30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
Our cousin finished strong, like a man; and then he met Pukie. So here's to you pal, for taking on CrossFit, meeting Pukie and anxiously returning to conquer another WOD the very next day! You're an inspiration.
