Today was a great first day. The strength WOD was back squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 - I did 205-225-245-265-275-280-285lbs.
My previous PR for the back squat was 255, so I'm happy with that increase.
The secondary WOD was 3 rnds for time of:
15 wall ball shots (20lbs)
15 toes to bar
15 hand release push-ups
This WOD was tough, my time was 7:47 and I'm happy with that too. I didn't go in with lofty expectations today. I was excited to be there.
